About Ken Abbarno

Ken is a battle-tested personal injury lawyer who’s spent more than 30 years standing up for people harmed by trucking accidents, medical malpractice, birth injuries, and toxic exposures.

As a young lawyer, Ken was called to the scene of a major truck crash and saw firsthand how people in cars don’t stand a chance when a truck driver loses control. He witnessed truck companies protecting their drivers, police struggling to secure evidence, and the lasting harm a spilled tanker can cause to people and the environment. That experience shaped the rest of his professional career.

Today, Ken leads teams handling complex cases across the country, guiding clients through every step and mentoring young lawyers along the way. He’s known for his relentless approach in court and his compassion outside it, making sure clients feel heard and supported during the toughest times.

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients, potential clients, or former clients to any non-affiliated entity except as described below and otherwise required by law.
