About Jordyn Parks

Jordyn Parks helps people who have experienced injustice, whether it’s police misconduct, discrimination, or harm caused by corporations. She focuses on civil and human rights, labor and employment, and class action cases, working to address racial, gender, and economic disparities and promote fairness for everyone.

During law school, Jordyn gained hands-on experience helping survivors of human trafficking and formerly incarcerated individuals through the Kramer Law Clinic. She also advocated for students of color as a leader in the Black Law Student Association, pushing for changes to improve their experience. Before becoming a lawyer, Jordyn interned with local courts and law firms, where she worked on cases involving wrongful imprisonment and civil rights abuses.

Jordyn is committed to helping clients seek justice and supporting changes that make communities safer and more equal. She strives to inspire and create a better world for future generations, both in her work and personal life.

Information We Collect About You

This website uses a widely trusted WordPress form plugin called Gravity Forms that gives you the opportunity to provide us your name, email address, and phone number. The Form also has the option to send us a free-text message, but please do not submit any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personally identifiable information (for example, date of birth, Social Security Number; driver’s license number; or credit card, bank account, or other financial information) via this Form.

When submitting contact information to us (such as your name, employer, email address, and phone number), we will add that information to our contact list to enable us to send you information and materials in the future, even if unrelated to the original inquiry. If your contact information changes, or if you want to be removed from our contact list, please email us at help@rectifi.law.

Information We Share

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients, potential clients, or former clients to any non-affiliated entity except as described below and otherwise required by law. We disclose information that we collect, as described above, to provider companies that assist us in the servicing or administration of the service you have requested or authorized, including (as noted above) with Tidio. We also use certain Google Services that may cause your device to disclose information about you to Google, and that information might qualify as Personally Identifiable Information depending on your device, browser, or account settings. Specifically, this website uses Google Analytics and Google Fonts. To maximize your privacy, we recommend that you read our “Enhancing Your Privacy” section below. Use of Web Server Logs

When you visit our website, we track information about your visit and store that information in web server logs, which are records of the activities on our sites.
