Attorney
Preparation wins cases. My job is to be ready long before a jury ever hears the facts.
About Justin Abbarno
Justin Abbarno is a trial‑focused personal injury lawyer who represents people and families harmed by medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, catastrophic injuries, sexual assault, and dangerous products. He brings an aggressive, disciplined approach to every case, with a singular focus on accountability and results.
From early in his career, Justin committed himself to courtroom advocacy. He has taken multiple jury and bench trials to verdict and has litigated complex cases through arbitration and settlement, including medical negligence claims, wrongful death cases, trucking and motor vehicle crashes, and product liability matters. His work has helped secure significant recoveries for injured clients, including multimillion‑dollar verdicts and settlements against major corporate defendants.
Justin’s dedication to trial craft began in law school, where he was a standout member of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law’s nationally recognized Mock Trial Team. He earned the Michael F. Colley Award as one of the top mock trial performers in his graduating class and was named Best Attorney at the Ohio Attorney General’s Mock Trial Competition. That foundation continues to shape his practice today.
In addition to litigating cases, Justin is an active contributor to the DiCello Levitt Trial Center, where he helps trial teams prepare cases through focus groups and mock trials. He is known for his meticulous preparation, strategic thinking, and ability to present complex facts in a way juries can understand. Clients value his direct communication style and his commitment to guiding them through every stage of the legal process.
